Refund policy

Rainbeau Moves accepts returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and processed within 7–10 business days after the return is received. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and exchanges are accepted for eligible items.
